These are the leggings I made for Stella, my eldest daughter. She wanted a pair in cotton/lycra instead of poly sports fabrics and luckily I had some great fabric that was perfect for this project. I am obsessed with this print and this is the second colourway I have bought with the same print, I made yoga leggings with the other colour version.
These are the second version, I originally used the Greenstyle Stride Leggings pattern, but there were some fit issues, plus she wanted bigger side pockets, so I redid the leggings using my own leggings pattern instead.
All seams are flatlocked using the 3-thread flatlock seam on my Babylock Imagine. I used the widest settings and also increased the stitcg length to make the thread better cover the fabric. Normally I use flossy stretch thread such as wooly nylon for the flatlock seam, but I didn’t have any in a matching colour so this is in fact regular sewing thread. Worked pretty well I think.
Anjas leggings to the left.

And in case you missed it, here is a video about the project, including some tips on how mimic the RTW look when making your own activewear.
