From the Tuscany Collection by Hobbs:  This batting is 100%  USA grown fine unbleached cotton,  carded and specially needle punched to prevent bunching and shifting. It is completely washable and like all cotton batting, will shrink 3-5% for that heirloom quality look.   It can be quilted up to 4" apart.  This is another stand out excellant  product by Hobbs,  developed with Harriet Hargrave.  Lightweight, packaged flat for ease in shipping "Quilts magnificently by hand or machine".
