Owned and operated by an obsessed long arm machine quilter and her accomodating spouse, we are a full service working studio that is open to the public on a daily basis year round.  We sell a full range of quilting supplies, kits, patterns and batting.   We collect and sell a revolving stock of reproduction fabrics, character prints, contemporary  and asian fabrics.   Our stocking and purchasing policy is:  if it is beautiful or useful, we want it in our shop!   We also provide a retail outlet for Kootenay area quilt artists to sell their creations, and we accept commissioned pieces.    We are committed to acting as a resource center to facilitate connections  between quilters and to promoting the craft as enthusiastically as possible.   We love quilting, and we love our small slice of paradise in the Kootenays.    We hope you will have the pleasure of discovering Kaslo and the Kootenays located in beautiful British Columbia, Canada.
