We are still stitching! And I do mean "we"! We have joined forces with our dear friend and collaborator, quilt artist and photographer (a woman of many talents), Cathy Aitken, who is now the caretaker (owner) of "Gammy". Between the two of us, Gammy is humming along very happy at the Langham studio.
Every quilt is distinct and has it's own character and purpose. We first look to understand the character of the quilt. Often, the quilt will tell a story and from there, a stitching path or quilting design can be created - one that is unique to the quilt. We work to support, to enhance - to bring out the character of the quilt.
Currently, we are focused on commission pieces and while we still accept client work, it is on a more limited basis. Cathy & Linda are enjoying the luxury of advancing their creations & expanding stitching adventures.
