Sewing, so many things to learn and so many mistakes that can happen along the way! In this video, I share five beginner mistakes that I did when I first started sewing. Most of them were a result of me not doing the proper research, or thinking at all really! When I started the only sewing information available was in books plus I was one of those sewists that kinda just dived into sewing and then did the thinking and researching much later on. These days, it’s kinda hard to be this ignorant with the all the sewing info available at our fingertips. So I think my long learning process would have been considerably shorter if I had started sewing in the 2000s rather than in the 1980s.
